Raiders recall Mooney and Hola for Dragons scrap

The Canberra Raiders have been forced into two changes for their round 19 clash with the Dragons on Friday night in Wollongong.

With Corey Horsburgh named to make his Origin debut and Pasami Saulo out due to concussion, Trey Mooney and Peter Hola have been called onto the bench.

Emre Guler has been moved into the starting front row while Ata Mariota has been named at lock.

Meanwhile, the Dragons have made several changes to last week’s side, with Dan Russell to make his NRL debut off the bench.

Paul Turner will make his club debut at fullback in place of the injured Tyrell Sloan, while Junior Amone comes into the halves with Ben Hunt on Origin duties. Moses Suli also returns in the centres, with Blake Lawrie named to skipper the side for the first time in Hunt’s absence.

The Raiders are coming off yet another close win, defeating the Titans 26-22 at home, while the Dragons are fresh off a 52-16 loss to Cronulla.
