ACT Labor has released its plans to establish a refurbished $13.6 million medical ward for older Canberrans within Calvary Hospital if re-elected next month.
Canberrans are being urged adhere to COVID-19 restrictions over the Father’s Day weekend but may be able to visit relatives in aged care facilities for the occasion, the ACT Chief Health Officer said today.
ACT Health is continuing to work collaboratively with government and non-government stakeholders in its contingency plan to reduce the risk of a COVID-19 outbreak in the local residential aged care sector.
