Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says he is comfortable if Senator David Van never returns to parliament following allegations of misconduct raised against him.
Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has confirmed further allegations have been brought against Senator David Van, who he sacked from the Liberal party room.
