The London Circuit surface carpark opposite the Melbourne Building in City West has been sold for $53 million by City Renewal Authority to Capital Property Group, part of the Capital Airport Group which owns Canberra Airport.
The first major works for the delivery of light rail stage 2A is starting in the city today with construction beginning on the project to raise London Circuit.
