The four types of isolation style

Isolate in comfort and style with the perfect outfit to #stayhome. Here is Canberra Dailyโ€™s edit of the four outfits youโ€™ll need for isolation.

The Netflix binge

Settling in to binge-watch your new favourite show? Donโ€™t feel guilty! Itโ€™s one of the safest things you can do to ensure youโ€™re not breaking any isolation rules while simultaneously helping to save the world from the haven of your home. (Weโ€™ve already binged on The Tiger King โ€“ bizarre โ€“ and Unorthodox โ€“ moving.) With the cooler weather here, you want to be comfy and cosy for the duration of your streaming session. And why not use some of that time to invest in a nourishing facemask your skin will thank you for.

The 9am video meeting

If youโ€™re fortunate enough to still have a job, chances are youโ€™re doing more of your work remotely. And even if youโ€™re not going into the workplace, itโ€™s important to keep up appearances, especially when on video calls with clients, colleagues โ€“ and the boss! Signal that itโ€™s business up top with a stylish headband to keep iso-hair in check and a slick of tinted moisturiser, while nobody will see your chic trackie-daks under the desk.

The socially-distant dog walk

Itโ€™s important for your physical and mental health to spend some time outside in the fresh air โ€“ both for you and your four-legged furry friend, if you have one. Itโ€™s equally important to maintain social distancing โ€“ 1.5m โ€“ while exercising outdoors (remember, clockwise is COVID-wise when moving around Lake Burley Griffin). And if you want to look good while out walking, try these on for size โ€ฆ

The Friday night food pick-up

So, we canโ€™t eat out on Friday nights, but we can still support local eateries by ordering our favourite meals as takeaway or delivery. Look good while picking up your order โ€“ and look forward to the day you can safely dine-in at your preferred spots once more. Cheers to that!
