Despite NSW hitting another record for daily infections on Wednesday, COVID numbers in the Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) have remained low with six new cases overnight.
The Goulburn Mulwaree LGA recorded three new cases with all of them in the city of Goulburn.
Two are in the Yass Valley LGA with one in Yass and one in Wallaroo.
Queanbeyan Palerang recorded just one new case and it is in Jerrabomberra.
This brings the total number of cases in the SNSWLHD to 656 since the start of the outbreak in June.
The areas within the SNSWLHD that have cases under ‘virtual care’ are Queanbeyan Palerang (9), Snowy Monaro (9), Goulburn Mulwaree (7) Eurobodalla (2), Bega Valley (3) and Yass Valley (4).
There are currently zero person in hospital with the virus.

The news comes as NSW hit yet another daily record of COVID-19 cases with 3,763 infections and two deaths.
The ACT also recorded its highest daily tally with 58 new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
