The Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) has recorded nine new cases of COVID-19 overnight, including two in Queanbeyan.
One of the cases in Queanbeyan has been linked to a known case while the other remains under investigation.
There are also three new cases in Goulburn which are all linked.
Yass has likewise recorded three new infections that have all been linked to known cases.
The remaining case is in the Upper Lachlan Shire and the source of the infection remains under investigation.
The total number of cases in the SNSWLHD since the start of the current outbreak in June now sits at 85.
A further seven cases have recovered taking the total recovered cases to 16.
There are currently 69 total active cases in the SNSWLHD and they are in Queanbeyan and surrounding areas (19), Yass (17), Batemans Bay and Catalina (15), Goulburn (14), Narrooma (1) and Upper Lachlan Shire (1). Two of the active cases are no longer in the region.
Cooma had two active cases yesterday but they have both recovered leaving no known cases in the region.
