Violence prevention training at YWCA

YWCA Canberra is offering Canberra-based businesses training and support for ‘bystander approaches’ to prevent violence against women.

Small and medium businesses in Canberra dealing with face-to-face clients are able to access free training for staff on using bystander approaches, which are positive ways people can intervene in violence, harassment or other anti-social behaviour.

Canberra-based employers are encouraged to participate in the training opportunity, with the next free session to be held on Thursday 5 March 1-4.30pm.
