What’s on around Canberra in October 2024

With the start of daylight savings on Sunday 6 October moving the clocks one hour forward, bringing with it more time in the sunshine.

This month, there is a variety of events and festivals, from the Canberra Art Biennial to the Canberra Writers Festival, along with plenty of theatre and plays to feast your eyes on.

Floriade also continues with the regular program until 13 October, while an evening program, NightFest, will be held from 3-6 October.
