The kids can try their hand at making a glass mosaic, fusing a winter wonderland glass tile or turning their own design into a glass cast snowflake.
There are also workshops for drawing on glass, inspired by the Glassworks’ current exhibition by artist Megan Cope, and a workshop for teenagers that will take them through the ins and outs of glass blowing.
And, for kids 12 and under, the Kids Design Competition will see one submitted design turned into a glass creation.
