Woolworths Queanbeyan a COVID venue of concern

Woolworths in Queanbeyan has been identified as a venue of concern after recent COVID-19 cases in the region.

The Deputy Premier of NSW John Barilaro announced two new positive COVID-19 cases in Queanbeyan yesterday and one more this morning in Karabar.

As a result, anyone who was at Woolworths Queanbeyan (corner of Crawford Street and Antill Street) at the following dates and times must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of their result:

  • Thursday 9 September between 6.40am and 6.55am
  • Friday 10 September between 6.15am and 7.10am

There was also one venue of concern in Cooma after recent positive COVID-19 cases in the region:

  • Alpine Hotel in Cooma on Saturday 4 September between 11.52am and 12.52pm
