Police seek witnesses and footage following shots fired in Melba

ACT Policing is investigating a shooting incident at a residence in the Belconnen suburb of Melba last night, Friday 3 April, in which no one was injured.

About 10.15pm, police received reports of shots fired from a vehicle.

A crime scene was established, and AFP Forensics attended to examine the scene. A number of bullet holes were found. No one was injured in the incident.

Police do not believe that this is OMCG related at this time.

Police are urging anyone with information, dash-cam or CCTV footage to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website
