A small batch operation working out of the Dairy Road precinct, Big River Distilling Co’s Canberra dry gin promises a classic London dry style with the ‘assistance’ of some Aussie botanicals.

Wild Brumby
A little further afield, Jindabyne’s Wild Brumby schnapps distillery makes a mean gin, too. If you’re heading to the slopes (or to après) this season, be sure to pay them a visit!

What’s better than a locally made gin? A locally made gin that was originally meant to be wine! Four Winds Vineyard in Murrumbateman turned their smoke-tainted grapes into a Riesling gin – we love ingenuity that tastes this good.
