ACT Constitution Place awarded Australia’s best mixed-use development

ACTโ€™s Constitution Place has been nationally recognised at Australiaโ€™s leading property awards as the nationโ€™s best mixed-use development and best workplace project.

The 2022 Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards in Sydney on 2 September highlighted ground-breaking innovations and creative initiatives across the Australian property industry.

Developed by Capital Property Group, Constitution Place is a high-quality dining and retail hub and home to some of Australiaโ€™s largest professional services, allowing up to 3,000 workers when fully occupied.

Property Council ACT acting executive director Adele Lausberg said the mixed-use development is environmentally friendly and has created a โ€œcity-changing destinationโ€ in the heart of Canberraโ€™s CBD.

โ€œThe destination has helped change the face of the Canberra CBD,โ€ she said. โ€œCapital Property has created a sophisticated mixed-use precinct which provides not only an exceptional place to work, but a great space to meet for coffee or a meal.โ€

Rider Levett Bucknall director Fiona Doherty congratulated Capital Property Group on the awards.

โ€œThe project is a testament to the innovation and ingenuity that drives the Territoryโ€™s property sector and the industry nationally,โ€ Ms Doherty said.
