ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to several instances of erratic and dangerous driving in Canberra’s inner north and south on Saturday afternoon.

From about midday on Saturday, police received multiple calls about a white Haval with ACT registration YQY65A driving erratically in Civic, Reid, Campbell, and Narrabundah.

In Barton, police observed the driver going faster than the speed limit and swerving across multiple lanes.

A short time later, the Haval collided with a BMW on Kings Avenue.

Emergency services attended the scene, and the driver of the Haval was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the Haval being driven throughout the day, or who may have dash-cam footage.
