The Housemate by Sarah Bailey

Beaton has produced an awesome and epic debut novel in The Councillor. Expertly blending political intrigue with a great fantasy universe, this is a wonderful and addictive novel that is a lot of fun to read.
Prisoner by S. R. White

Under pressure to solve the crime, Dana soon encounters two possible suspects, and must call upon her own traumatic experiences to solve the crime.
Prisoner is a fantastic and compelling murder mystery that has a clever and moving central storyline. Serving as a sequel to White’s debut, Hermit, it features a dark and twisty case that has a unique solution and some intense suspects. An amazing crime novel.
