Canberra’s 2022 auctions kick off with a bang

Auctions across Canberra in 2022 have started off strong, with this year looking to be another cracker for house prices. The Territory has already seen a cornucopia of million-dollar homes selling on the market, along with a handful of properties realising over two-million dollars – and we’re only half-way through February! From a massive 1,407sqm block of land selling for $2.2 million in O’Connor, through to a stylish Braddon apartment going under the hammer for just over $1.25 million, the diversity and abundance of Canberra properties suggests the seller’s market is here to stay and will most likely continue throughout the year.
