ACT Policing’s Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (ACT-JACET) has arrested a 36-year-old man from Googong, NSW, after he was allegedly found in possession of child exploitation material.
The man was arrested yesterday, Wednesday 13 May, after members of the ACT-JACET executed a search warrant on the man’s residence. Police will allege images and videos of child exploitation material were located on his smart phone.
The man received police bail to appear in Queanbeyan Local Court on 3 August 2020, charged with possessing child abuse material obtained via the internet.
