Two men in their 20s were caught driving more than 50km/h over the speed limit on the Hume Highway at Goulburn in separate incidents on Friday. They were just two of more than 3,100 traffic infringements issued by NSW Police during Operation Fume conducted state-wide on 9-10 September.
