The latest Woden precinct development, The Hunter, has officially hit the market with property hunting Canberrans able to register their interest.
Colliers director land marketing, Josh Reid, says The Hunter is joining its precinct neighbours, The Melrose and Charlotte, all offering designer living in Woden Town Centre.
“DOMA has a well-earned reputation for producing high quality homes. It has been instrumental in revitalising the Woden Town Centre and making it a highly desirable place to live,” Mr Reid said.
“Across the road from The Hunter, DOMA’s A&A Precinct has brought new life to this part of the town centre by attracting great bars and restaurants to the area. DOMA’s latest precinct development will add to the growing amenity and energy.”
The Hunter will consist of 189 one- and two-bedroom apartments and is set to be completed by the end of 2025.
Included in the communal areas is a rooftop heated pool, indoor and outdoor barbecue areas, a kitchen, and wellness centre by Technogym.
“Every development receives an exceptional amount of individual attention; there is no cookie-cutter approach where DOMA is involved,” Mr Reid said.
“In terms of The Hunter, the architecture features a sophisticated aesthetic. Soft contours integrate into the landscape, embracing the public realm.”
One-bedroom apartments begin at $419,000 and two bedrooms at $586,900.
