Ease the sneeze

Spring can be a time of year many find uncomfortable and irritating due to the change in season. To help combat hay fever symptoms with natural remedies, Oil Garden Byron Bay has released Hay Fever Ease – a 100% pure essential oil blend of lemon, peppermint, grapefruit and lavender. Based on the traditional use of peppermint and lavender oils in aromatherapy, the oil may assist in the management of upper respiratory congestion, nasal secretions, headaches and catarrh.

Forgotten feet

The 2018 Foot Health Survey by Scholl and the Australian Podiatry Association (APA) reveals three out of four Aussies admit they don’t prioritise their foot health, and one in three don’t care for their feet at all! The APA polled more than 1,000 Australians about their foot care habits and the survey demonstrates the enormous impact issues such as lower limb pain or restricted movement can have on everyday activities. With the average person walking a total of 128,000km or more in their lifetime, APA recommends regular check-ups with a podiatrist, implementing self-care by cleansing, moisturising and monitoring your feet for changes, wearing correctly fitting shoes, using insoles for extra comfort and, if your gait or movement is limited or you’re in pain, visit a podiatrist.

Superdry coming to Canberra

Canberra will be the newest addition to the global Superdry fashion network, which has over 500 stores worldwide. Known for their jackets and high-quality products, the brand aims to bring iconic Japanese graphics, Americana styling and British tailoring to Australia’s capital city. The Canberra launch comes off the company’s recent sponsorship of the Invictus Games Foundation which saw both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (pictured) wearing Superdry last month in Sydney.

The new store is set to open in December. See superdry.com.au for more.
