ACT Policing has charged a 38-year-old Belconnen man with vehicle theft and other offences following his arrest in Macquarie.
About 12pm on Wednesday, 22 December, ACT Policing responded to reports of a stolen motorcycle in several Belconnen suburbs.
Police located the motorcycle in Coulter Drive, Macquarie, where it came to a stop a short time later.
The rider was arrested and subsequent searches located a Gel Blaster Firearm, Cannabis, Diazepam and a substance believed to be Methylamphetamine.
He will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today, Thursday 23 December.
