Three men arrested in relation to stolen Audi

Three men will face the ACT Magistrates Court today 27 July after they were arrested yesterday in connection with the theft of a car.

On Monday 25 July, ACT Policing received a report that a grey Audi SQ7 had been stolen.

About 8pm Tuesday 26 July, in response to a report of suspicious behaviour in Kambah, officers located the SQ7 and three people, one who claimed he was trying to fix the car.

A short time later, the three men were placed under arrest, and will appear in court today.

Two 30-year-old men, from the suburbs of Ngunnawal and Scullin, will both face charges of riding in a motor vehicle without consent and breach of good behaviour obligations.

A 33-year-old Belconnen man will answer to charges of driving a motor vehicle without consent and driving while disqualified.
